How the process works
Here’s what to expect to make your custom hat process simple, seamless and completely personalized:

Start by selecting your custom hat and placing your deposit directly through the website. This secures your spot and begins the process!

After your deposit is received, you’ll get an email with a link to book your 1-on-1 consultation as well as a design form to fill out to get us started . During this call, we’ll go over your vision, sizing, style, brim shape, crown, colors, and any custom details!

Based on your consultation, we’ll finalize the design details for your hat. Nothing moves forward until you’ve approved everything - so it’s exactly how you want it!

Once your design is finalized, you’ll receive a detailed quote outlining your selections and estimated total cost based on your design choices. This will include a breakdown of materials, customizations, and any specific details so you have a clear understanding of what your final balance will be.
Along with your quote, you’ll receive your contract to review and sign. Production will not begin until both the quote is approved and contract is signed.
Please note: This quote serves as a projected total and may be adjusted slightly if any final changes are made before production.

Once everything is approved, your custom felt hat is carefully handcrafted with attention to every detail - from shaping to finishing touches - making it truly one of a kind.

Before delivery, your hat goes through a final quality check to ensure it meets my standards and your expectations!

Once your hat is complete, you’ll receive your final invoice. This reflects your custom quote, including any add-ons or design details selected during your consultation. Final payment must be completed before your hat is shipped or ready for pickup.
